Manager with over twenty years of experience in large industrial environments Italian class. I began my career in administration soon assuming the position of of managing director, finance and management control (profit & loss, Budgeting, planning, standard cost, cash flow, finance). Subsequently, I held the position of HR manager, developed in a systematic way all the skills (both soft and hard), up to fill the position of of personnel director of the group. I also had the responsibility of leadership in the field of plant engineering, which I owned for 4 years until the achievement of production competitiveness and market leadership. Recently I attended and completed the start up of a company e.commerce. Now after 22 years of business experience I have decided to establish, together with a group of highly professional managers, to found a consulting firm that helps small and medium-sized Italian companies to overcome this period as a whole. Our company avvelendosi of tools and specific skills in each sector is able to provide services in a senior managerial position to be able to realize economic and organizational results of short and medium term enterprises such as to ensure a return to sustained profitability, based dynamics of proper management and control of performance and cost.
