After my graduation (philosophy) in December 2007, I went to London for six months in order to improve my English.
When I came back I joined a Master in HUMAN RESOURCES, where I had the chance to deepen my knowledge about this field. I studied:
-COMPANY ORGANISATION
-PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION, DEVELOPMENT, RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
-LABOR LAW AND LABOR RELATIONS
-COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS
-ENGLISH FOR HUMAN RESOURCES
Then I worked as a trainee at KONE. I was in the recruitment, development and training department and I supported the HR MANAGER as regards:
-all the activities related with the recruiting (in particular I am responsible for testing the English level of the candidates during the interviews)
-employer branding events (career day, company presentations).
Since the 14th of September I joined COCA COLA HBC, where I currently work as a training operator, supporting the HR team to deliver training to employees and managers as regards the tool SAP HR
My contract is going to end in March. That is why I am currently looking for a job.
I would like a job which can give me the chance of widening my experience in the Human resources world, possibly in an international environment.
I am currently involved in a project related with the implementation of SAP. I support the training team in projecting and delivering training to employees and manager as regards SAP HR.
2009 - 2009I used to work as a trainee at KONE. I was in the recruitment, development and training department and I supported the HR MANAGER as regards:

-attending all the HR meetings (SAP HR implementation,job evaluation systems,employees survey)
I quit because of an opportunity I have been given at Coca Cola HBC.
