• I am a Senior Designer, project architect and Project Manager with experience in architectural and urban projects
which reflect my talents in innovation, my commitment, my capacity for leadership, communication and teamwork.
• These qualities, together with my formation and professional knowledge arising from my experience in the field of design,
have matured in varying environments. My professional competency translates into an analysis of architectural
principles, allowing me to act creatively while, at the same time, remaining sensitive toward the specific goals of each project.
• Varying situations have led me to concentrate on different themes; I have attempted to use my capacity for synthesis ininterpreting the architectural program, in both public and in private sectors.
• I have applied these skills to a wide variety of projects, reconsidering the criteria for design, analysis of the 13initial project, research and schematic layout, while preparing and rendering the project for presentation to the client, before finalizing the construction documents.
• My work is concentrated around consultancy for the planning of works on differing scales. Such projects involve interiors, corporate architecture, retail environments; commercial, industrial, and residential architecture; public and institutional structures; master plans and furniture design.
• As a senior designer, I have also been involved in supervising projects, while developing marketing and branding together with the client. I have taken part in presentations and consultancies with various participants on large-scale projects.
• I am acquainted with the legal norms; I have a good ability to communicate on an interpersonal level, which allows me
to work on a team together with other figures, involved in civil, structural, mechanical and electric engineering, with the aim to integrate their plans into the documents leading to the final construction.
• All these elements find expression in my commitment to excellence, both on the project level and in the finished construction.
• I am an expert at preparing and presenting projects, since I possess an excellent capacity for representing architecturalworks in a clear, synthetic manner. Thanks to my collaboration with European and American studios in the field of architectural

Move to Italy He studies visual arts and communication, on a scholarship awarded by the Italian Foreign Ministry: first at Urbino, 1979-1980 Italy, at ISIA (Istituto Superiore di Industria Grafica) and then at Kunstgeberweschule in Basel, Switzerland.
1983-84 Studying the processing and techniques of color use in architectural representation, starting out from studies by M. Doyle, whom he meets at the Faculty of Design and Graduate Architecture at the University of Colorado. He meets Helmut Jacoby, who influences his style in illustrating architecture.
Studied architecture at Buenos Aires,and Venice.Student of James Stirling.
He receives his degree in Architecture at Istituto Universitario d'Architettura, Venice 1989.with a thesis on an "Urban Plan for Buenos Aires" (which won honorable mention in the competition "Revitalisation of Waterfronts", IFHP, Holland) .Cosultant and the Puerto Madero Corporation Bs.As

1991 He is certified to exercise the profession of architect.2002 Certification in compliance with CEE guidelines 85/384 for exercising the profession in CEE countries and with the Italian Ministry of Instruction and Research.
Continued attendance at IUAV, at the thesis laboratories guided by Aldo Rossi; science department of architecture, claSAvisiting profesor al Hochschule Fur Arkitektur und Bauwesen Weimar, and Post-graduate courses at University of Architecture and Urban Studies, Buenos Aires.
He alternates architecture an design with teaching and research, has carried out various research projects on Le Corbusier for the Design Faculty in Venice, directed by Prof. Arch. Mauro Lena (IUAV, Venice).
He is a curator and editor of the book La composizione di Le Corbusier sulla casa moderna Villa Stein at Garches.
Participated in the World Forum of Young Architects in 1994 during the International Biennial Exhibition of Architecture in Brazil, elaborating a new urban plan for the city of Recife.
He is admitted to the doctorate program in international architectural research, "Villar d'Honnecourt", 2003-2004. He attends the Ecole d'Architecture in Paris-Belville, Roma 3, and IUAV, Venice.

Botter he is awarded the prize "Recam for innovation, a new residential model for quality living", Area Celsi, 2004; land division and development of 20 single-family units.
