• Account Management: responsible for all the recruitment relations with many clients.

2008 - 2010Human Resources Generalist:
• Recruitment and selection (60%): develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources; development and implementation of employer branding initiatives; conduct regular follow-up with store managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans; manage all the recruitment/selection process for varied position.
• Administration (20%): responsible for headcount reporting to French headquarter (monthly, quarterly, annual); develop and maintain human resource databases; manage the company’s employee benefits program; cost control and budget definition.
• Training and development (20%): supporting the manager in identify and asses training needs, logistic support for training session.
