2008 - 2010In charge of the company’s brand developing and positioning. Follow through of the company’s strategy. Creating, planning, and executing the marketing plan by construction of promotional and advertising campaigns based on media like TV, Radio, Outdoor, leaflet, mobile marketing, internet (ATL and BTL), working closely with the advertising and media companies, choosing how to spend the allocated budget.
I developed and launched the new fidelity card program and I overlooked the opening of two new stores.
In charge of internal and external communications, media and institutions relationships, press relations, event organizations. Scouting and acquisitions of partnerships to develop co-marketing initiatives. Supervision of store-managers regarding all sales and promotions.

1999 - 2004In charge of managing new business development and monitoring of several projects, including:
- building the sales network, negotiation of long-term contract with retailers of HoReCa channel to ensure sales targets for the tourist line "110 Open - City Sightseeing – Trambus” Rome;
- direct sales & marketing for the job-fair "Recruitment Day ", 2001 and 2002 edition, supervision of the “Info Point” during the event at “Fiera di Roma”. Managing and directing the CRM plan with the participating companies;
- Organization, development and monitoring of direct¬-marketing campaigns, outbound telemarketing, leaflet distribution, for Comune di Roma e ATAC.
