I have finished an MBA course at the Polytechnic of Milan and I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, I have around four years of consulting experience at A.T. Kearney in Milan and over five years of managing experience in major manufacturing/trading companies.
Since more than five years I am working in international sales environment.

I am fluent in English and am steadily improving my German and French.

Area Energy For major Italian and international utilities in the electric and gas market: Performed a competitiveness analysis on the base of prospective market deregulation:
- Proposed a detailed customer segmentation and prepared an economic evaluation of the various clusters.
- Identified Customer Care and Retention levers and strategy for aggressive growth in the Italian electricity market and helped implement marketing initiatives; close collaboration with Marketing department for customer retention and development, with analysis of target customer segments and campaign results.
- Sized the commercial channels represented by direct and indirect sales representatives.
- Merger and acquisition evaluation for the number 1 French utility.
- Risk management: for a major Italian Utility (electricity and gas) identified, evaluated and quantified all Company risks and possible mitigation factors to decrease risk exposition, in particular regarding Power Exchange and Trading.
- Developed a strategic sourcing project for a major Italian municipality company, including cost reduction analysis for raw material, commissioning and stock level.
- Client Relationship Management for Information Technology outsourcer: developed an interactive service communication model and intranet portal for a major Italian Oil company; enhancing partner proactivity towards the client, improving the quality of IT services provided and encouraging client input in the continuous improvement of the IT provisioning process.
