Marco Mantovani

Founder of “iQuality”, a project born from the experience in Quality Control and Logistics fields, combined with the passion for the Made in Italy.
We have developed specific services for the traceability in the food&wine business, being able to face the issues related to the decay of the products during transport.
I collaborated with important companies (Ruffino srl, Olitalia srl) providing improvement plans through an innovative approach and with specifically developed technologies that aided them to compete more effectively in export sales

I managed the company’s Quality Control plans, following the internal audit and ISO certifications. I have been the Quality Manager in strategic projects (French Navy, Selex Galileo), working efficiently in team with other department managers.
I fostered the use of new tools for the non-conformity control which have allowed to promptly detect potential issues and undertake improvement plans. I have also held training courses on TQM.
I promoted a culture of team empowerment and information sharing, supported by top management, that has brought to indentify inefficiencies and to boost the company’s climate.

Co-Founder of the “Food Supply Chain” project, during which I developed new hardware and software technologies for traceability. I worked with international partners (Georgia Tech. Institute etc..) and presented the work at conferences. The project has been recognized by the President of the Republic and been published on the main logistics magazines
