My duty as to be in charge for Project Manager and following the I&C and Electrical supervisor, produce all documentation as Oneline Electrical distribution, Technical Specification Electrical Data-Sheet for motor, Hook-up dwg, etc. For I&C Logic Diagram, Cause&Effect diagram, Narrative, Instruments Data-Sheets, Complex Loop, PLC DCS HMI/SCADA Hardware configuration, Technical Evaluation, etc.
Negotiation with Material & Engineering Suppliers, updating for Documentations to be approved from Client, Reminders to
suppliers to be agree with planing, Flow Chart to locate for each discipline the PE. Ability of coordination and control of the activities of Instrumentation & Control of the project as Lead Engineer ? Issue of technical specifications / Material Requisitions for field instrumentation, systems, (DCS-PLC - ESD - F&G) ? Bid technical evaluation and tabulation ? Support to Procurement during the negotiations with the Suppliers ? Issue Material Requisitions for Purchase Order ? Coordination with other engineering disciplines ? In Marcallo office El-Tebbin (Egipt) Power Station 2x350MW Gas/Oil fired Units, cover the position of Lead I&C Project, developed the BMS-BPS SAS Logics following the engineering of systems including the field instruments (Data-Sheet, I/O List, Wiring Diagram, Cause & Effect, Technical Specification, ect) connect to the systems.
The supplier of boiler is Ansaldo Caldaie, in touch with the engineering department to develop the system in according with the Project specification and the client material requisition written from PGESCO USA engineering Company.
