Main tasks:
*converting existing leads into billable business besides cold calling

*recruitment delivery
*ad hoc duties such as setting up basic administrative procedures, elements of staff management, providing input on general logistics
*definition of professional and personal profiles;
*drafting of the project proposals
*investigation and identification of the right candidates for the various profiles requested
*interviews of candidates

*presentation of the short list to the clients;
*assistance in the interview stage as well as in the final negotiation with the candidate selected

*I created, organized and managed a new marketing & commercial office, coordinating 6 accounts
*I created all the marketing & commercial reports; then I started the development of a CRM sw web based, where I coordinated the job of a consulting company, time of release: 2 months
*through monthly commercial meetings, I motivated and involved the commercial group, creating the right team building
*I developed the marketing plan, the communication activities both on media and web
*I planned and developed group web site, company‘s new brochures and I redefined the corporate image

Achievements: increasing of turnover of 10% and a cost saving of 20% on marketing expenses

*I structured and managed a new marketing office, selecting and training 4 human resources

*I was in charge of the organization (included the relative budget) for: fairs, conventions, seminaries, sponsorships
