Nelle mie precedenti esperienze ho lavorato per oltre venti anni come dirigente di diverse compagnie di assicurazioni, di riassicurazione e di consulenza aziendale.
Nel corso della mia carriera ho ricoperto ruoli manageriali nelle direzioni tecniche, marketing e sviluppo prodotti e nel settore commerciale. Mi sono inoltre occupato di fusioni nell’ambito di alcuni gruppi societari di appartenenza, di operazioni di M&A, di Marketing strategico, di valutazioni di aziende e dello sviluppo commerciale di diverse società.
Considerati i ruoli di responsabilità ricoperti, ho potuto maturare significative esperienze nella guida e motivazione dei miei collaboratori e soprattutto nella conduzione di team di lavoro su specifiche attività di project management.

2000 - 2007Director of the Life Division coordinating underwriting, management and claims services of the Life branch and the actuarial service. Most of the attention has been devoted to the development of commercial activities and relationships with the Holding Bank and the others banks of the Group, as well as to the planning and development of the traditional insurance-bank products.

1994 - 2000Manager of SCOR Reassurances Life Division. Primary duties: coordination of the technical and administrative activity; responsible of the relationship with the Holding Mother Company SCOR Paris; in charge of promoting the strategic commercial policies towards Italian Life Insurance Companies, offering SCOR know-how. In this period company business figures quadrupled.
1990 - 1994Director of the Bayerische Vita Life Branch (now Ergo Previdenza) participating in the creation of the company: ministerial authorization, inside organization, creation of the various operational offices teams and definition of the commercial strategies for the Company starting off.
1988 - 1990Responsible of Life and Actuarial office and of the investment policies. Primary duties: development of pension funds for important Italian industrial groups.
1987 - 1988Responsible of group polices, actuary and underwriter. Primary purposes: Pension Funds and risk policies.
