Responsible for Planning and Control of the CTO Division. The position reports to the Budget & Cost Control Director and the CTO Director. The main responsibilities for both UMTS and DVB-H technologies are:
 Capital budgeting analysis
 Business planning, budgeting and rolling reforecast, variances analysis and management of the outsourcing contract with Ericsson in terms of governance and monitoring of the investments and contract
 Cost reduction analysis, bids with suppliers for price negotiation
 Design and implementation of a system which allows to control the cost trends for the Technical Division in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs using Prince 2 methodology
Work internationally carried out being in touch with the 3g worldwide companies of the Hutchison Whampoa Limited group, based in Honk Kong, in order to coordinate the most important 3g investments in ICT technologies such as Billing, CRM or Products delivery platforms.

The Company is dealer of Caterpillar for trade and post sales assistance of earth moving machines and motors for North and Central Italy.
Junior Project Engineer for managing the transfer of the IT systems from the old IBM MVS mainframe to the new one IBM AS/400. I supported the IT internal end users in implementing on the new IBM system their functional requirements.

 Value Based Analysis: project for the Gewiss Company (electromechanical sector) for improving the value of some industrial products through the enhancement of the quality, perceived by customers, of the production cycles and through the reduction of the production costs
 Logistics: right sizing of 10 strategic warehouses for Italgas Company (energy distribution sector, ENI group)
 Project Management: for medium Italian companies development of tools, based on Microsoft Excel and Project, for scheduling, planning, cost account and control both of the progress status and cost of the production orders
