I am Business partner HR of the new Business Line MW (sites: Cassina de Pecchi – Milan, Italy and Espoo - Helsinki, Finland, 250 employees: R&D, Program, Product Mngt and BE). I am a direct report of the BL MW responsible (from Nokia Finland) and functionally I report to the Business partner HR (form Siemens Germany) of the IP & Transport division. Main tasks: integration of the two groups in Milan and Espoo (Helsinki); supporting MWR strategy definition and implementation with coherent plans/actions regarding human resources

I am the HR Business Partner for BUs MW, directly reporting to HR head of the company and functionally to the BU’s head.
MW BU is HQ for Siemens AG and it has P&L responsibility for MW tech world wide, operating with customers, directly or through the channels of around 60 Siemens Local Companies located in EUR, AME, EMEA, APAC.
Around 350 employees are directly managed by me (around 30 “dirigenti” too). The involved functions are: Business & product management, Bidding, Sales and Sales Technical support, Order Management, Service, Demand Planning, Product and manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing planning, Business Administration, Quality.

2001 - 2004

Directly reporting to the HR head, I was responsible for: design/ implementation of the Employee Satisfaction program in the Siemens Group Italy (around 5000 employees where involved every 12 months); implementation and management of the Siemens AG Stock Options program (target: Senior management of the overall Group in Italy: around 100 “dirigenti”), in collaboration with Legal, Fiscal and Administration functions.
Then I became responsible also for C&B, Training (managerial/ language) and Recruitment (attract-select-integrate), 5 employees managed.
From September 03, I became responsible also for HR Development (“dirigenti” too: around 200), 7 employees managed.
Global budget managed: 500.000 eur/year.
Others main ad hoc activities:
• company representative in trade unions meetings, about technical aspects related to HR processes;
• HR activities coordination at country level for mother company audit on HR processes (oct 03-feb 04)

Directly reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, I was responsible for the Quality System Improvement function: 7 employees managed.
Main missions: review and updating of the quality system of the company; pilot of the Employee satisfaction program (target population: “dirigenti” ), in collaboration with HR function.

January 1998 – November 1999 Italtel Spa (MI), Quality Function
Directly reporting to Quality Director of the Company, I was responsible for the function Plans and Methods for Total Quality: 3 employees managed.
Main mission, support the “Company Quality Board” (chairman the CEO) for annual Assessment and Review of Quality System (ISO 9000 std family), the company Self Assessment (EFQM model), the planning and control on Total Quality issues.

1998 – 1987 Italtel Sit (Italtel Spa from 1996) - Milan, Quality Function _ R&D area
In the test labs for components-materials used on printed circuits boards assembly, I started as Failure and Technological Analysis Technician and I soon became the responsible for the lab (Chief Engineer):15 technicians managed. Main missions:
• technological evaluation, failure analysis and qualification of components and materials to be used in the pcb manufacturing process (switching and transmission products);
• support to R&D labs and Engineering functions, for components and material specification;
• test labs quality system;
• supplier evaluation (technical capabilities, Quality System).
