Keeping contacts with strategic clients (a multinational company, leader in the telecommunication and IT market); advertising vacancies; analysis of applications; head hunting to identify the right candidates; job interviews (Italian, Spanish and English); checking references before arranging interviews with clients; informing candidates about the clients’ feedback; giving support during the negotiation phase between client and candidate; recording candidates’ details in the company database
