Responsible for overall sales and implementation of data centre products and solutions within EMEA ( Europe, Middle East & Africa) to achieve the allocated Data Center and Enterprise revenue plan.

This position oversees the product & solution sales, technical presales and sun/partner delivery for the deployment of data centre solutions in EMEA.
The data centre practice manager will work with the regional CSO practice resources, partner and marketing groups to define and develop solutions appropriate to their local marketplace.
Major Activities/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the data centre business in EMEA to achieve data centre revenue targets that include hardware, software and consulting services.
Identifying market opportunities for data centre solutions and defining solutions to meet identified market opportunities.
Managing the data centre practice revenue pipeline, forecast and expense budget.
Sets and communicates a strategy and business plan for the data centre solution practice.
Leads, coaches and develops the data centre product & solution sales and technical staff.
Provides direction for all data centre related implementation activities within EMEA , including the identification of and enablement of sales and delivery partners.
Develops overall strategy for data centre investments of life cycle resources within EMEA.
Responsible for geographic workforce supply, demand and competency in the data centre area.
