Reporting to the President and coordinating PR and fundraising activities. Responsible for the self-financing of the Association, in charge of developing relationships and partnerships with sponsor companies, agencies, foundations, etc., aimed at the growth of fundings, the increase of co-marketing actions and the promotion of the association vision.
2003 - 2008Being responsible for mobile products my position has progressed into managing marketing activities for consolidating market share and revenue growth by planning and managing marketing programs based on region-wide and sector-wide strategies. Main results gained were:
- Restructured product portfolio by: widening product lines, refocusing product line per vertical markets, reengineering product related processes
- Implemented product portfolio pricing in 24 Countries
- Scouted and negotiated contracts with main vendors
- Analysed satellite and GSM reference market in main Countries
- Coordinated BTL and web communication
- Managed 2M€ product yearly budget
- Coordinated regulatory activities for type approval
- Launched M2M products targeted to telematics, telemetry and SCADA vertical markets, by negotiating with tier 2, OEM and Value Added distribution partners
- Implemented marketing strategy for data product portfolio
- Supported sales managers for customer acquisition
2000 - 2003During this period I had the pleasure to be involved into several international initiatives (JV, M&A, Due Diligence) focused on exploring new ventures for business growth.
