Channel Sales Account Manager – Responsible for Sun Resale Business through Sun Distributors on the entire Italian Territory into the Integration & Channel Sales Division, my main responsibilities are:
Preparation of Distributors business plan with definition and planning of selling activities, marketing campaigns and new business opportunities research, strategic planning.
Reseller recruitment, identification and qualification.
Reseller weekly and monthly forecast.
Maintaining and strengthen relationships within the channel partners at all levels including sales, marketing and technical departments.
Support to Partner negotiation with end users and special offers and promotion coordination. Provide Partners with strategic guidance throughout the pre-sales phase.
Coordination of trainings on Sun products and solutions tailored to Distributors selling force.
Development relationship with partners and keep them updated on products, services and software solutions, vision and strategy.
Events and presentations organization with Partners to End Users.
Strongly cooperate with ISVs/Software House to promote specific solutions to the customers, which also integrate Sun software solutions.
Definition and implementation of co-marketing activities and programs.

1987 - 1989Support to Italian subsidiary start-up creation with focus on logistic aspects. Then I moved to Marketing Department responsible for event organization, marketing campaign and focus on new customers acquisition activities.
