After several years of trainings in marketing,sales and strategies, I developed my professional background by serving for almost 8 years a small company in Telemarketing market, driving its start up from the very early beginning.
I developed that small company to the today's one and actually I’m still leading the company that is now an important player in Outbound Telemarketing market.
My competence is in the fields of team building operations management, business development, and leadership, marketing and sales, strategy and communications.
During my work experience I have had the chance to manage and face all aspects of a company life which gave me a broad exposure to all finance matters,legal affairs,branding,it solutions and so on.
My responsibilities are allied to design, develop and implement the strategic plans; I’m responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the company
I directed the start –up from the very beginning (starting from zero), choosing and engaging all the staff, settlement and structure of procedures, commercial politics, sale net, marketing activities
