Questo "motto", preso in prestito a mio padre è forse la lezione più difficile da applicare, ma riuscirci è come minimo appagante.
Ho 50 anni, sono sposato ed ho un figlio (bellissimo, naturalmente) di quasi 8 anni.
lavoro facendo ciò che mi piace di più, quindi sarebbe ingeneroso lamentarsi anche di fronte a momenti difficili come quelli attuali.
Credo profondamente nell'etica, non l'etica del lavoro, ma l'etica NEL lavoro; per me l'onestà intellettuale è una caratteristica imprescindibile anche solo per iniziare a colloquiare di affari.
Mi piace essere diretto nei confronti di chiunque e ritengo che le persone intelligenti lo apprezzino ben più della diplomazia (spesso fine a se stessa).
Ho una società di cui vado orgoglioso, la Smart Work ( www.smrtworkgroup.com ) e, credo, rispecchi i valori che mi guidano.
Sono interessato ad avere contatti "veri" con persone (e non semplici professionisti) vere, complete e di qualità. Sono infatti convinto che ci sia sempre un arricchimento reciproco in questi casi, come, viceversa, c'è un impoverimento quando si incontrano "professionisti" di bassa qualità o addirittura "negativi".
