Planning, coordination and verification’s manager for planning activities; prototipation and experimentation until the obtaining of product’s technical release and its validation from customer, having as objective end the customer’s full satisfaction and objectives catching up for German customer leader in automotive field.
Main activities and responsibility: German Plattform’s manager for planning activities development, customer’s technical interface, launch and management of design review, verification of plans development activities measuring distances from objectives and preparing of recovery plans if necessary in order to assure necessary conditions for technical release and customer’s validation to supply technical support in detail’s definition with purchase members and development activities with suppliers; Activities priority definition aimed to plant’s definitions in function of time, systems and equipments; verification activity of FMEA (failure method elements analysis) plan to assure performance and corrective actions; coordination of development activities for prototipation to help customer with problems in technical documentation and technical nature’s questions. Coordination of activities for development cost’s estimation and periodical monitoring. Managing of activities for technical modification and production’s problems and troubles emerged from mass production; managing of activities for problem solving after s.o.p (start of production).
