Leonardo Andriulo

He pursued law studies at the University of Lecce (Italy). During his training period in an Italian Law Firm, he started his experience in the litigations department. Afterwards, he was interested in international and commercial taxation, foreign investments, real estate transactions and arbitration. His main responsibility is to manage company's legal and commercial issues. In 2005 he establish The Andriulo & Partners European Law Firms with the specific purpose to provide legal advice, having a global network.
He has improved his skills in UK, at Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, at King's College and at Oxford University. He has a Master of IT and a Master of Business Lawyer in Rome. He also gained the position of Mediator in conflict resolutions, in Italy. He was admitted into the Spanish Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Jaén).
As a Spanish business lawyer, he has actively involved in many multinational companies as legal advisor, solving troubles and gaining reliability. He constantly travel around Europe to join seminars and conferences.
The sectors of priority in his work are negotiation and drafting international contracts, trade law, business law and european law.
