I have a specialized Master's degree in Flavours. After my studies, I wanted the opportunity to gain experience working abroad.
From 2008 to 2010, I worked as a Junior Flavourist for the Indonesian Mane Group subsidiary. Working in Asia enabled me to discover new tastes, especially exotic fruit ones, and new ways of consumption too.
During the year 2011, I came back to France where I improved my knowledge of Dairy & Beverage categories.
Actually based in Italy, I've been working on flavours and pastes for ice cream.
