from 15th December 2005 I was responsible of the High Priority Project Group (COO Division). The aim of this new group was to carry out all projects with top management’s focus. One of the biggest project I carried out has been DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting Handheld).

My duty was to define the customer base process and to test and validate all business process, acting as internal link betweenn all departments (Marketing, I&CT, Sales, Custome Care Management, Logistic, Finance, Legal etc.).

I have been employed in H3G - Hutchinson Whampoa Group in the RF Engineer dipartment as Cell Planning Project Manager for the UMTS network.
