- Project leading of large projects (up to 20 people involved), supporting and co-ordinating the development and test phase, assuring the respect of terms and the maintenance of the technical documentation
- Supporting and directing clients from the expression and refinement of business requirements to the organization of the user acceptance test (UAT)
- Used to introduce new standards in documentation methodologies, defining procedures and tools helping to keep the projects consistency, by avoiding waste of time and resources

- Analysis on a software for the management of the logistic and maintenance of the helicopter fleet
- Functional analysis of customer’s needs and requests
- Development of a software module dedicated to the linkage between the helicopter and the personal computer
