Product Manager, Audi Genuine Accessories Manager
I manage every sales and marketing activity in order to promote and commercialize Audi genuine accessories both to the dealers network (B2B) and to final customers (B2C). I prepare, implement and monitor annual sales&marketing plan and budget; develop associated business activity and additional products sales.
2005 - 2006Product Manager junior, A6 and A8 models
I managed the models positioning in the Italian market in terms of price and features (standard and optional equipments) and had responsibilities for new model market launch (S6, A6 allroad quattro); market share and sales trend analysis, competitors and SWOT analysis, marketing initiatives conception in order to support sales; direct contact with our HQ (Ingolstadt); Project Management (responsible for implementing the strategical partnership between Audi and Bang&Olufsen).
2005 - 2005Marketing service intern
I first started in the Volkswagen Group as an intern. I worked on the Service Partners network, facing the low loyalty rate. I identified a new approach to customers with older cars which brought to a new CRM initiative.
1997 - 2004During my studies I worked as pr for a local events and pr agency. For more than 5 years, I managed public relations for some well-known clubs in town. I organized public parties, taking care of promotion and personnel hiring.
