I.P.E. is a private education and research institute financed by business partners
from the world of Banking & Finance, Consultancy and Shipping to recruitment high calibre graduates for their management, finance and consultancy divisions. I am responsible for all aspects of their training; selection, design, material, delivery and assessment of skills retention. Target knowledge areas developed; stocks and shares, bonds, futures & derivatives, business ethics, entrepreneurs and venture capital, accounting theory & practice, cultural diversity, level 5 leadership, leadership skills, leading meetings, presentation skills, problem solving, brainstorming solutions, business writing skills, telephoning skills, etc. All students are non native speakers of English so effective communication skills in English is of paramount importance. I have also introduced IELTS examinations for placement in international corporations.

Trainer (Freelance activity)
I have been designing and delivering sector-specific and skills specific corporate training courses on a freelance basis
since 2000. These training courses cover the assessment, definition, development and delivery of
training based on the client’s current and projected needs after consultation and needs analysis
have been performed. I have carried out various training courses, covering an array of skills’
requirements both on an individual basis (middle and senior management) and for large groups of
trainees, for the following national/multinational companies and
organizations;
- Banco di Napoli (5 month mission 2000): Training International Relations Officer in effective communications skills (written and oral) and presentation of new financial products to international clients.
- Arthur Andersen (5 month mission 2000): Training General Director and 3 Regional Directors in presentation of audit reports to international clients.
- Banca Credem (6 month mission 2001): Training General Director and 4 Division Heads in presentation of financial products and effective communication skills.
- Phillips (3 month mission 2001): Training the central and southern Italian Sales Manager in marketing and marketing planning.
- Novonordisk pharmaceuticals. Ltd (01/2004-03/2006): Training the central and southern Italian Sales Manager and Sales Team of 4 in market analysis, strategy and planning.
- Eli Lilly and Company (3 month mission 2002): Training the southern Italian Sales Manager in developing business plans and report presentation.
- Sarah Lee Corporation (3 month mission 2002): Training 2 front line sales representatives and developing their knowledge of Business planning.
- Il Ministero della comunicazione (09/2001-05/2002): Training 80 administrative personnel and developing their knowledge of Business and Financial English.
- Federico II (10/2002-06/2003): Training 25 administrative personnel for the Department of Statistics Business and Finance theory.
