I am a committed professional and graduate with 4 years experience working in the utilities and transport industries.
As a HR professional, I build relationships with business leaders and am the catalyst in delivering HR solutions that support the specific needs of business.
My experiences of working with large, multi-location/cross cultural companies at Edison and Ceias has enabled me to develop my generalist HR knowledge and hone my skills of getting to the heart of complex issues efficiently and effectively.
Specifically, during these years, I developed and the ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and complexity, both the ability to balance employer and employee advocacy.

I work in the corporate heart of Edison (EDF Group), supporting the Executive team (including Chairman, CEO, CFO and COO) in all areas of HR.
My tasks are:
• Management of Screening processes, negotiation of yearly gross salary and management of hiring procedures.
• Drawing of national and international employment contracts.
• Analysis of expatriation contracts (with study of relevant tax and social contribution system).
• Management of staff appraisal systems.
• Analysis of training needs of manpower.
• Analysis and implementation of employee development.
• Interpretation and application of HR policies and employment legislation (just for instance EU Regulation no. 883/04).
• Investigations into disciplinary and grievances issues, management of the disciplinary/ grievance/appeals procedures.
• Management of compensation and benefits issues.
• Specialist coaching to individual employees as required by the practice with respect to Company policy and legislative compliance.
• Planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
• Analysis of training needs in conjunction with Line managers.
• Management of the local pesonnel of the branches (placed in Norway, Egypt, Iran, Greece, France, UK, US, Algeria, Croatia, Ivory Cost, Croatia).
2005 - 2008Managing of:
• the disciplinary procedures under art. 7 Italian Law no. 300/1970,
• the analysis and application of social security cushion (specifically: redundancy fund, job security agreements),
• the conveyance of business branch.
Key achievements:
I successfully lead a difficult negotiation with unions in terms of social security cushions.
