•Serving leading insurance companies in Europe, helping them to grow, transform, improve and optimize their performances on several topics, with focus on bancassurance development, claims management, fraud fighting, IT strategy and costs reduction
•Supporting an international client (North Africa area) in finalizing the design, implementing, and then launching a new nation-wide Credit Bureau, including data on SME credit history
•Developing new topics and business areas in the public sector with the Italian Public Administration
•Supporting leading energy industry client in the pre-merger phase, designing proposals for: high level operating and governance model, support services, and post-merger management approach

Project Manager – Payments Systems Area
•Management of several international projects to realize on behalf of EBA (European Banking Association) innovative European inter-banking electronic Payment Systems: SEPA clearing and settlement systems (for credit transfer), Italian domestic credit transfer platform, and Cross-border credit transfer system
•Participation at several technical working groups with Banks, ABI (Italian Banking Association), and EBA for defining the functional and technical specifications of the new systems
