Co Founder and actually manager of a non-profit local Organization, Rete Famiglie Settimo, for babies’ adoptions and family support. The network actually includes 15 families, and strong relationships and joint activities with local government, local associations, and citizens.

Acting as Country Manager since july 2006, I have in charge the whole Country, reporting to SVP Emea.
Formerly I managed Key Accounts to sell the SurfControl Enterprise Protection Suite. The role requires strong negotiation capabilities to establish robust relationships with Big Customers, involving system integrators and partners to close the sales process.
From January 2007, I returned back to manage the major accounts.
On october 2007, SurfControl has been definitely acquired by Websense.
2001 - 2006Account Manager, reporting to the Country Manager, for the proposition of OpenEdge, the E-Business architecture designed and owned by Progress Software Corporation. The role requires a deeply knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration’s requirements, together with solid relationships among “big fives”, local System Integrators, ISVs and Service Providers, to scouting, accounting and recruiting sales activities. Excellent capabilities to coordinate Projects together with the Technical account manager are mandatory. The outstanding results of this 3-years period, constantly over the assigned quotas, allowed me, starting from September 2004, to become manager for Retail, Travel & Logistics market, with the aim to expand the channel in these 3 verticals.
2000 - 2001Account Manager/Business Developer in Service Provider team, belong to Partner sales division, dedicated to *SP market, in order to allow ISVs to offer their applications to Service Provider’s customer.
This job requires a high knowledge about software development, taking care of relationship among the channel partners.
Due to an outstanding result (210% of quota), in June 2001 I was charged of the role of Manager of Sun Developer Connection (SDC), the Community of Developers upon Solaris/Java environments.
