    IT Technical Support | Help Desk | Customer Service Agent I am an open-minded, problem solver, creative, hard-working, self-confident and self-motivated individual with strong client focus and be able to gather, assessing and interpret information. I have a background as IT Support Technician, Front End Web Developer and Freelance Proofreader while I currently work as Freelance Translator on behalf of Upwork. I am fascinated about technology, artificial intelligence, programming, data analysis, foreign languages as well as traveling in different countries or cities to be able to have better understanding of the businesses around the world. I am inquisitive about anything I can create, manipulate, anaylise, improve or maintain. I have strong written and communication skills and logical approach towards a given task. I am very comfortable working on a team, but I can also work independently, as well. Besides I am paving the way to become Data Scientist joining online courses (e.g. LinkedIn learning, edX), through hands-on experience and with the support of communities with specialists in that sector. I am currently looking for Junior / Entry Level job opportunities to apply myself as Customer Service Agent, Front End Web Developer, Python Developer or Data Anayst. I primarily seeking for opportunities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria as well as the Netherlands. My career goal is to work in a position that I would find very varied, full of challenges and diversified in such a way it would enable me to work with different tools, in different cities or for different countries in order to deal with customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
