    IT Support Specialist | Customer Service Representative I am a problem solver, creative, flexible and self-motivated individual with strong client focus and be able to gather, assessing and interpret information. I have a background as IT Support Technician, Help Desk and Junior Front End Developer while I am currently freelancing on behalf of Upwork. I am fascinated about foreign languages, traveling, new technologies as well as anything you can create, maintain and improve... from software development issues to hardware faults. I have strong communication skills and logical approach towards a given task. I enjoy to work in team as well as on my own with a common aim to accomplish, moreover I have great attention to detail and I own strong problem solving and decision-making skills that I acquired when I attended Information Technology college in Milan, Italy and through experience on the field as an intern. I am currently seeking junior / entry level or also internship / apprenticeship opportunities to apply myself as IT Support Technician, Customer Service Agent, Helpdesk, System Administrator or anything related to the IT / Tech industry. I mainly looking for opportunities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands and Sweden, however I am willing to consider other european countries. My career goal is to work in a position that I would find very exciting, flexible and diversified in such a way it would enable me to work in different cities, countries or for multinational companies around the globe with the chance to deal with customers from different cultures and backgrounds, enabling me to upskill myself and keep up through hands on approach, on-the-job training and tailor made courses.
