I have a dynamic personality and am very responsible. My strong sense of duty goes hand in hand with vast enthusiasm. I am used to working as part of a team and put myself at the team's complete disposal in order to attain the desired results.
The working education I have received and my aptitudes compel me to strive for a position that makes the most of my problem solving, organisational and managerial skills, as these situations allow me to shine and thus attain the best possible results.
The sectors with which I am most familiar are finance, commercial marketing, distributive networks and various types of start-up, in which the capacity of suitability and synthesis are essentials.

Skills and capabilities:
During the diverse collaborations, I have had the opportunity to develop an awareness of analysis of the diverse working situations. I have a predisposition to observe and optimize, both in terms of timeframes and methods, the diverse roles that a complex working activity requests.
I have travelled widely for business, not only in Italy but also abroad: North America and the Caribbean - Africa (Senegal, Morocco, Egypt, Sudan, Zanzibar) - the Middle East (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Lebanon, Israel) - Europe (Finland, Great Britain, Monaco, Switzerland, Spain, Luxemburg, Turkey) - Australia (Queensland, Sydney & Melbourne) engaging in the development and the relations in the foreign markets for the various companies.

Relational capabilities and skills
Developed over the course of the previous experience, amongst which is the management of the groups in training (colleagues, entrepreneurs, professionals, students) and the attention paid to relations with the experts and colleagues.

Organisational capabilities and skills
I have a special inclination to the optimization and the simplification of complex and repetitive procedures. I have contributed to creating systems of incentives for commercial networks, assessment questionnaires of the diverse training and working activities. I have been occupied in both the selection of partners in operating businesses and the selection of new collaborators, designing semi-structured interviews and planning the entire insertion process.

Technical capabilities and skills
I am essentially very curious and, therefore, for personal pleasure and knowledge, I have advanced my awareness of both I.T. knowledge on hardware (the most varied peripherals and their uses) and also software (windows office packages, the Internet, security also bio-metric, presentation packages, apps). Excellent application in the world of the mobile telephone and the connected applications (sms gateway, management agents, Iphone, Blackberry and Smartphone world)
