He graduated in Medicine at the University of Pisa. He is an expert in health communication. He has worked for fifteen years in a Pharmaceutical Company. He has directed "On Health" magazine and edited several publications targeted both at the medical and nursing staff, and at the citizens themselves. As a training manager he has organised scientific events (congresses, meetings, seminars, courses), following the Health Ministry guidelines on professional development in the health sector (ECM) and collaborating with medical associations. Specific interest for the topics inherent to feeding, nutrition and healthy styles of life.
National coordinator (2003-2006) of the Italian Observatory on nutritional errors in collaboration with the Medical Practitioners and the Pediatrics.
He collaborates with the University of Bologna (Faculty of Sciences of Physical Activity and Searche Center of Nutrition) and with the University of Urbino (Faculty of Sociology, Course of bachelor in Communication).

ASAS is engaged in health promotion by screening and monitoring of people's life style. Other interest is education to the healthy feeding and the physical activity in young people.
