Loison is a small Artisan bakery in Costabissara-Vicenza.
My grand-father started here his first wooden-oven to manufacture bread early 1938.
In this small town my father started with cakes around the 50's and here Dario,me, the 3rd generation has made a Panettone that today is well recognized as probably the best absolutly in the all Italy's gourmet arena.
Loison is manufacturing also Pandoro, Colonba, Focaccia, Cannoli Crema, Plum-Cake, Sbrisolona, Biscotti of many different and gorgeous old traditional recepes.
Today is also exported in over 20 countries
