V.I.E. CRM Project, Marini Fayat group (Italy and France)
After a A-Level in electrical engineering, I turned in a BTS technical sales to stay in the industry all-in developing my abilities in sales and relationships. During this training, I carried out an internship at ADC of FAYAT group with the mission to develop sales of technical products in a niche market. Then I joined directly the 3rd year of the EGC "School of Management and Commerce " thanks to an upgrade from July to September. During the Bachelor option international business, I made a 6-month internship in the Netherlands at Ravo of fayat group. I decided to take a break from my studies to start in the working world earlier than continuing to a Master. This deliberate decision corresponds to my career's image, "step by step".
Nowadays I carry out a International Internship Programme (VIE) that is based in Italy for 1 years at least.
As part of a cross-cutting project within the Road building division of the Fayat Group. I participate in the implementation, training and coordination of a CRM platform with these actors from different countries.
Assigned to Marketing département in Italy for one year, I carry out a V.I.E. as part of a cross-cutting project between Italy, France and China .I have been involved in the whole process of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) setting up : designing, development , implementation, then evaluation. .
