Major activities included providing the market with support, advising, documentation and advertising required by each plan. It also included second level advising to internal people and to selected (critical) customers.
A long time have been dedicated to co-ordinate European and American subsidiary in timing and market policies. The role required to spend some time in the US working on international projects with the involvment of people coming from several countries.
Major projects have been the introduction of the Info Centre concepts in the IT department, the PC launch on the Italian market, the first IT European Road Show (lasted 18 months), the benchmarking of 43xx line against the 308x line before its introduction on the market.
